If you do not already have the equipment, Jessica recommends:

• Standard blood pressure cuff: OMRON Bronze

• XL blood pressure cuff: ALPHAGOMED 21-inch Cuff Long

• Pulse oximeter: Any brand with waveform (such as this one)

• Scale: Any brand (Jessica likes the RENPHO Smart Scale because it shows other body composition data including BMI, body fat percentage, etc.)

• Thermometer: Any brand (such as this one)

• Respiratory rate: Using a timer on your phone, count your breaths for 15 seconds and multiply by four. 

Optional: If frequent ear pain is an issue, we recommend purchasing an Anykit Digital Otoscope. It links to your phone and provides a great view of your inner ear that can be shared with Jessica.
